    One job where we took on a team of TecLine workers was the refurbishment of the ING data centre in Amsterdam. Winkels were awarded the contract for the installation of the infrastructure: everything from emergency power generators and the high voltage supply network through to access control.     A very high number of manhours are worked during technical maintenance "stops" at the AEB waste incinerator plant in Amsterdam, but this is not a problem thanks to the excellent atmosphere on the team. Nederlandse Bond van Bemiddelings- en Uitzendondernemingen (NBBU)
TecLine are members of the NBBU, the Dutch Association of Temporary Employment Businesses, representing around 700 specialist temporary employment businesses in the Netherlands. As an NBBU member we are periodically screened and we are also required to comply with standard NEN 4400. This quality mark indicates that a temporary employment organisation complies with all current acts and regulations in the area of personnel and wages administration.
 
Bundesarbeitgeberverband der Personaldienstleister (BAP)
TecLine are also members of the BAP, Germany's largest organisation for employers in the field of temporary work and secondments. The BAP aim to promote the professionalisation of the sector. As BAP members, our salary scales and secondary employment conditions are based on the Collective Labour Agreement negotiated by BAP.
Stichting Normering Arbeid (SNA)
TecLine are SNA certificated. The aim of the SNA (the "Institute for Employment Standards") is to limit the liability of businesses using the services of agency workers in relation to undeducted tax and social security premiums. SNA certified labour providers deduct the appropriate wage levies and turnover tax in full and in good time. Since you as a client are indirectly responsible for these deductions, it is reassuring to know that TecLine hold SNA certification.
 
Safety Checklist for Temporary Employment and Secondment Agencies
TecLine is a VCU certified  company. VCU is the Dutch acronym for "Safety Checklist for Temporary Employment and Secondment Agencies". The VCU certificate is intended for temporary employment agencies who supply staff to VCA certificated companies. These are businesses involved in activities with an elevated level of risk, or who operate in a hazardous environment like factories, installations and the larger construction sites. All TecLine's technical staff are certified, reducing the risk of accidents and injuries in the workplace.
 
Kenteq
TecLine is recognised as a training company by Kenteq. Kenteq support TecLine with the design and implementation of technical training courses. Working with Kenteq we deliver a regular stream of young and highly motivated foreign workers for a number of our clients. They enter permanent employment with our clients on completing their training.
 
Keesing Reference Systems
TecLine use a document scanning system from Keesing Reference Systems. This allows TecLine to check identity documents, preventing identity fraud. Up to now, no organisation using the Keesing Reference Systems document scanning system has been fined under illegal labour legislation, a reassurance we are pleased to pass on to our clients.
