You will be aware that you must have a certain level of training and work experience to be able to function as part of the TecLine team. But there's more to it than that. Working in a different country requires an understanding of cultural differences and norms, including different technical standards. In short, it's not only your technical competencies that matter to us, but also your knowledge of languages and your social skills.
Our staff will also assess these aspects of your application. If that first screening is positive you will be interviewed over the telephone in more depth. Once you have gone through the entire application procedure you will be invited for a face-to-face interview, and if you are successful there you will be able to make a start on your first project. If you meet our expectations and you are satisfied yourself, you can count on continuity: there is no shortage of work.
